Tech School preferred\n2+ Years of assembly experience in manufacturing environment\nExperience in the Aerospace industry is Preferred\nStrong attention to detail \nBasic computer skills\nKnowledge of hand and power tools\nKnowledge of fastener installation and torquing processes.\nThe ability to follow instructions\nThe ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally\nThe ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and company operation sheets.\nBasic troubleshooting Skills \nThe ability to work independently with minimum supervision.\nThe ability to do complex assembly of parts.\nThe ability to work with close tolerance.\nThe ability to work overtime, including weekends\nIn your role, you will:\nFollow Safety culture and wear PPE when required. \nAssemble assigned parts on assembly line in accordance with production guidelines.\nConduct inspections to verify the integrity and performance of assembled parts, identifying defects, and reporting them.\nUtilizing hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble parts, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.\nCollaborate with other assembly line workers to meet production goals.\nFill out production paperwork and inspection procedures as required.\nAssist with maintaining inventory, checking stock levels, and tracking materials\nInterpret and analyze schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions to guide the assembly process.\nPrepare work to be accomplished by studying parts lists and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.\nTroubleshoot basic assembly issues and make adjustments as needed.\nMaintain a clean organized work area.\nWorking Conditions:\nNormal Production environments, subject to high noise levels from operating machines;
