Our work is rooted in respect, compassion, and inclusion, and we envision a world where individual differences are appreciated and celebrated.\nAt Advocates, we value the ideas, experiences, and contributions of employees and are committed to fostering a supportive, welcoming culture where everyone can grow and thrive.\nResponsibilities\nParticipate in the development of treatment plans and attend other treatment meetings, including weekly staff meetings.\nDocument progress towards treatment plans.\nPerform interventions with persons served that address their identified goals and result in skill development.\nProvide linkage with other program staff and other service providers.\nCommunicate individual’s progress, mental status, and any changes in daily notes.\nProvide ongoing support, guidance, role modeling and supervision to persons served.\nParticipate in or facilitate group work as delegated by supervisor.\nIdentify and address community integration issues for persons served, as designated.\nMonitor and document medication administration.\nPerform, coordinate, and/or monitor a range of programmatic clinical and administrative responsibilities as delegated by supervisor.\nTrain direct care staff in responsibilities for their role.\nSupervise overnight staff as delegated by supervisor.\nProvide coordination and leadership to program team during shifts, vacations, or leave in the absence of supervisor.\nEnsure a clean, safe and home-like living environment for persons served.\nRemain alert at all times throughout scheduled work shift.\nEnsure all paperwork, reports, trainings are up to date and completed within expected timelines.\nShift\nBlended ShiftQualifications\nBA/BS in related field and 1 year experience; or H.S. Diploma/GED and 2 years related experience.\nStrongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations\nAbility to read English and communicate effectively in the primary language of the program to which they are assigned\nMust be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and as well as work independently.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.\nBasic computer knowledge.\nMust have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team. \nAdvocates is committed to cultivating a diverse and welcoming community where everyone feels respected and valued.
