This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.\nAbout the Role\nThe Associate Attorney will work with our Foreclosure practice group handling matters involving residential and commercial foreclosure, creditor’s rights, and related litigation.\nWe are seeking an attorney with experience in foreclosure, creditor’s rights, or a related area of civil litigation who is interested in joining a growing practice. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities\nHandle foreclosure, creditor’s rights, and related litigation matters from inception through resolution\nDraft and review complaints, motions, pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents\nConduct legal research and prepare memoranda and case analyses\nAttend hearings, case management conferences, mediations, and other court proceedings\nManage discovery and respond to litigation-related requests\nDevelop case strategies and provide recommendations regarding the progression and resolution of matters\nCommunicate regularly with clients regarding case status, strategy, and developments\nWork collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff\nMaintain compliance with court deadlines, client reporting requirements, and internal case management procedures\nAssist with settlement negotiations and other resolution efforts as appropriate\nQualifications\nJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school\nActive membership in good standing with The Florida Bar required\nExperience in foreclosure, creditor’s rights, or related civil litigation preferred\nKnowledge of Florida court procedures and applicable rules preferred\nStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to effectively manage multiple matters, priorities, and deadlines\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a legal team\nProfessional, responsive, and client-service oriented\nWhat We Offer\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nEmployer-paid life insurance and short-term disability\n401(k) with employer match\nPaid vacation, holidays, and personal time off\nOpportunities for professional growth and advancement within a national law firm\nTo Apply\nFor immediate consideration, qualified candidates should submit their resume.
