Our work is rooted in respect, compassion, and inclusion, and we envision a world where individual differences are appreciated and celebrated.\nAt Advocates, we value the ideas, experiences, and contributions of employees and are committed to fostering a supportive, welcoming culture where everyone can grow and thrive.\nResponsibilities\nRespond to emergencies and manage crisis plans.\nAssist in providing assessment and management of behavioral and psychiatric emergencies.\nDirect data collection and monitoring of behavioral intervention.\nProvide staff training and monitoring of behavioral plans. \nAssist staff and families in implementation of behavioral intervention. \nAssist Clinical department in the development of assessment, intervention, and monitoring strategies.\nDocument service provision by completing graphs, filing data sheets and reports.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in related field.\nAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and ability to use good judgment.\nMust hold a valid driver's license, have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport clients.\nBasic computer knowledge\nHigh energy level, superior interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a team atmosphere.\nStrongly prefer a candidate that will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.\nAdvocates is committed to cultivating a diverse and welcoming community where everyone feels respected and valued.
