From our top executives, to our line technicians; we are all proud to be part of an elite group responsible for revolutionising the glove-making industry.\nJob Description\nJob Purpose\nEngineer and optimize comprehensive BI solutions, including Data Warehouse models, interactive dashboards, and strategic reports, to drive informed business decisions.\nDirect the end-to-end analytics lifecycle from requirement gathering through deployment to guarantee uncompromising data accuracy and performance stability.\nResponsibilities\n1. Engineer and maintain robust ETL pipelines to load structured data into the enterprise Data Warehouse.\n2. Manage ETL jobs and automated schedulers to facilitate reliable, high-speed data availability.\n3. Optimize Data Warehouse architectures to maximize system performance, scalability, and data integrity.\n4. Design and build advanced BI dashboards using Tableau and Grafana to drive business analytics initiatives.\n5. Author and enhance SSRS reports to deliver actionable insights for operational and business users.\n6. Validate data accuracy and refresh cycles to facilitate real-time, data-driven business decision-making.\n7. Translate complex business requirements into technical BI solutions and precise reporting specifications.\n8. Produce technical documentation including multidimensional data models, technical specifications, and report mock-ups.\n9. Execute rigorous testing and troubleshooting to guarantee the reliability and stability of BI solutions.\n10. Oversee the full analytics lifecycle from initial design through UAT support and production deployment.\nQualification and Experience\n1. Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related IT field.\n2. Fresh graduates or minimum 1 years of relevant experience in data analytics, BI development, or database-related roles.\n3. Proficiency in SQL, including advanced query writing, joins, aggregations, and stored procedures (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).\n4. Experience or familiarity with ETL development tools (e.g., Alteryx, WhereScape, SSIS) and data automation processes/job schedulers.\n5. Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, including table schemas (Star/Snowflake), data modeling, and transformation logic.\n6.
