Follow Safety culture and wear PPE when required. \nOperates, setup, and breakdown conventional machines to produce products in accordance with production needs: \nProduces assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions. \nRead and interpret customer blueprints and company operation sheets to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements. \nRecords length of time for each job, and quantity of materials used for each job.\nVerifies and visually inspects work and dimensions per operations sheet to specification using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and preset gages. \nCalculate speeds/feeds. \nMaintain specifications by observing tooling; taking measurements, detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; replacing worn tools.\nMaintains tools, gages, and equipment in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.\nOperates within AS9100/ISO9001 requirements to include proper documentation, revision control, traceability, and lot control.\nPerforms regular daily maintenance on equipment and work area.\nReports any problems or discrepancies to immediate supervisor.\nFollow 6s Procedures and maintains a clean organized work area.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nWorking Conditions:\nNormal Production environments, subject to high noise levels from operating machines;
