They support the sourcing and purchasing goods and services.\nYou must have:\nA high School Diploma or Equivalent. \nStrong attention to details\nOrganizational skills. \nProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office \nTime Management Skills \nAbility to multi-task, and pivot from one task to another\nExcellent Interpersonal and customer service skills\nAbility to effectively communicate both written and verbally. \nAbility to coordinate and plan future orders.\nAbility to manage projects and get them done in a timely manner.\nIn your role, you will:\nFollow Safety culture and wear PPE when required. \nReviews requisitions and creates purchase orders, then monitor order status to ensure timely delivery. \nFinding and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules.\nWork with operating system to maintain accuracy of purchase orders to clearly communicate availability dates and quantities to internal customers. \nPurchase items at the most favorable price consistent with quality, quantity, and specification requirements. \nCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal departments. \nMaintain current and potential source information in connection with materials and responsible for file management on all Raw material certs. \nCoordinate internal and external logistics for pickup/drop-off and truck maintenance.\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing. \nFollow 6s Procedures and maintains a clean organized work area.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nWorking Conditions:\nNormal Production environments, subject to high noise levels from operating machines;
