Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die termingerechte Herstellung und Auslieferung eines kommerziellen Peptidprodukts
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Batch-Durchlaufs in Produktion, Qualitätskontrolle und Qualitätssicherung
  • Überwachung von Produktperformance, Qualität, Ausbeute und Liefertermintreue
  • Analyse von Prozess- und Produktionsdaten sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, OOS-/OOE-Fällen und CAPA-Massnahmen
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Produktionsabläufen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, QA, QC, Supply Chain, TechOps und weiteren Schnittstellen
  • Unterstützung bei Audits, Inspektionen und Kundenanfragen
  • Mitarbeit bei produktbezogenen Lifecycle- und Change-Management-Aktivitäten
  • Aktive Mitwirkung in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten und GMP-konformen Produktion

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Chemiestudium (Universität oder Fachhochschule)
  • Tiefes Verständnis für technische Anlagen sowie fachübergreifendes Interesse
  • Kenntnisse in der Rezeptierung und Automatisierung von Produktionsprozessen (z. B. PCS7) sind von Vorteil
  • Fachliche und projektbezogene Führungskompetenz
  • Praktische, konzeptionelle und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Zuverlässigkeit, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
