Our range of specialized services has made our reputation in Canada.\nWe are looking to add a Contracts Administrator to our Stanley Park project, located in beautiful Downtown Vancouver. \n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop process to ensure compliance with contract requirements;\nDevelop and implement change management procedures;\nOversee the identification of claims mitigation strategies;\nOversee subcontract management;\nOversee the negotiation of change orders, variations, and change issues;\nEnsure timely and accurate contractual correspondence;\nOversee pricing of change and delay issues;\nManage preparation of narratives and entitlement documentation;\nOversee identification and tracking of contract and deliverables;\nIdentify and implement record keeping procedures to validate potential changes;\nManage training of staff on the implementation of contract processes and procedures;\nMaintain the change management issue logs and provision of summary reports.\nRequirements\nPost-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant discipline; \nStrong knowledge of construction law;\nMinimum 10 years of experience in Construction industry;\nExperience dealing with major change/claims management or dispute resolution issues in a major project;\nExcellent command of computer software including Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, BlueBeam, etc.\nStrong business acumen;\nBilingualism, French and English, would be considered an asset.\nDesired Profile\n Strong business acumen;
