cycle throughout the project execution, by setting up projects/mandates,\ntracking budgets and schedules, within the project management system;\n\nCalculatethe initial budget on the basis of the proposal;\n\nEnsuretracking of hours, expenses, costs and budget updates;\n\nMonitorchanges and coordination with the project team;\n\nEvaluatechange requests, evaluate their impact on project objectives and communicate\nchanges to stakeholders;\n\nEnsure andmanage the project progress monitoring with discipline managers, including cost\nand schedule controls;\n\nEnsurefollow-up with project managers on regular updates of project forecasts,\nincluding periodic assistance in the estimation of remaining project costs, as\nwell as necessary provisions and risks;\n\nRecordsand resolves issues relating to project budgets and schedules;\n\nEnsure thequality of prepared project status reports, executive summaries, and dashboards\nto provide timely updates on performance.\n\nRequirements\nAdministration,finance, or engineering degree;\n\nMinimum of5 years of experience in a similar position;\n\nBilingual(an asset), but proficiency in English language with
