This role offers hands-on experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Google BigQuery, and Tableau within a fast-paced data environment.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nAssist in querying and gathering datasets using Excel, MS SQL, and Google BigQuery to support data analytics initiatives.\nObtain foundational knowledge of Stirista's data products and services to effectively communicate insights to internal teams.\nSupport the compilation and fulfillment of data requests to help expand product offerings.\nHelp update databases, assist with data distribution across various platforms, and support file transfers (FTP/sFTP).\nParticipate in formulating audience data proposals, building taxonomies, and mapping datasets.\nAssist in creating data visualizations and dashboard reports using Tableau.\nObserve daily data operations and contribute ideas to help optimize internal best practices, processes, and procedures.\nRequirements\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nCurrently enrolled as a full-time or part-time college or university student pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.\nMust reside in or be enrolled in Texas, Florida, New York, or Massachusetts.\nAvailable to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week for the duration of the internship (Summer 2027).\nFundamental knowledge of or coursework experience with MS SQL, Google BigQuery, or relational databases.\nBasic familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills for presenting data findings.\nHigh level of initiative, detail orientation, adaptability, and eagerness to learn data operations.\nProficiency using a personal computer (PC) and communication tools including email, web tools, and Google Suite.\nStirista Culture\nAt Stirista, we foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where innovation and teamwork are highly valued.
