The ability to write clear, understandable and concise correspondence with excellent attention to detail and telephone manner.\nAbility to meet deadlines under pressure.\nUnderstanding of customer requirements and the ability to confidently recommend solutions to problems/issues with a commercial approach where required.\nPro-active and practical approach to problem solving.\nGood working knowledge of current employment legislation and its application in the workplace.\nProficient user of Microsoft Office programmes.\nDesirable:\nExperience with HR systems, HRIS or CRM platforms\nBackground in Health Care or similar regulated environments\nKnowledge and qualifications:\nCurrently studying or have completed CIPD level 3 as a minimum and keen to\nA minimum of 3 years HR experience with a good understanding and confidence when providing practical and commercial HR advice.\nAbout us\nEMED Group is an established healthcare logistics provider that enables access to health and social care through our four specialist divisions.
