You'll act as a technical specialist for Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, endpoint security, device lifecycle management, application deployment, and Microsoft 365 integrations, ensuring devices remain secure, compliant, and easy to support.\nWorking closely with Service Desk, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and project teams, you'll help deliver endpoint projects, support complex technical escalations, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our modern workplace services.\nWe're looking for someone with strong endpoint engineering experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to technology. You'll be comfortable managing change, improving standards, and collaborating with a range of stakeholders to deliver great outcomes.\nIn return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary of £52,000 to £56,000 and a fantastic benefits package including:\n\n25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off (with the opportunity to buy additional days)\n\n2 Volunteer Days\n\nPension - 5% Employee / 5% Employer\n\nHealthcare Cash Plan, including 3x salary life assurance\n\nAnnual salary review\n\nRefer a friend scheme\n\nFree access to Benefit Hub, including retail discounts, cycle to work scheme, and additional voluntary benefits\nLocation: Hockley (Hybrid considered)\nHours: Full Time, 37 hours per week\nContract: Permanent\nClosing Date: 14th of October 2026\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, deploy, and support endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.\nManage device configuration, compliance policies, security baselines, and deployment profiles.\nLead device lifecycle activities including provisioning, deployment, refresh, migration, and retirement.\nManage endpoint security, compliance, encryption, antivirus, and vulnerability remediation activities.\nPackage, test, deploy, and maintain endpoint applications and software updates.\nSupport endpoint-related projects, migrations, upgrades, and large-scale device rollouts.\nAct as an escalation point for complex endpoint and Intune-related incidents and problems.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, standards, knowledge articles, and deployment processes.\nSkills and Experience\nStrong experience in endpoint engineering, modern workplace technologies, EUC, or systems administration.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and device compliance management.\nExperience with Windows deployment, application packaging, update management, and endpoint troubleshooting.\nGood understanding of Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, encryption, identity management, and endpoint security controls.\nExperience delivering endpoint projects, migrations, operating system upgrades, or device rollouts.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical colleagues.\nExperience working within an MSP or multi-customer environment would be advantageous.\nMicrosoft certifications such as MD-102 or equivalent would be beneficial.\nAdditional Information\nOur IT Services team is committed to delivering secure, innovative, and reliable technology solutions that support both colleagues and customers.
