Office buildings, hospitals and research centers, educational institutions, residential buildings, hotels, shopping centers, factories, sports and cultural centers, our team excels at building these places using state-of-the-art tools and places people at the heart of its concerns by advocating an innovative collaborative approach. \n\nCome join us!\nWe are looking for a field coordinator to work on an important ICI project in North York!\nResponsibilities: \nRead technical and administrative project specifications;\nInspect work daily to ensure that it meets the specified standards;\nInform Project Manager of project development and discuss methods planned with him and the Superintendent;\nOrder critical material with suppliers in collaboration with the Site Superintendent;\nPerform quantity tracking and cost coding for purposes of productivity analysis and accurate job cost forecasting;\nPrepare daily reports as related to the crew, progress and issues;\nProvide document control for correspondence, submittals, RFI’s, NCR, etc.\nAssist in the preparation of final records for the project, including as-builts;\nOrganize and participate in various meetings;\nEstablish and keep necessary communications between suppliers, sub-contractors, professionals and client;\nAssist in carrying out a variety of field duties at the job site related to project. \nRequirements\nMinimum 3 - 5 years of industry experience.\nTechnical background with professional accreditation (P.Eng./ CET) or combination of technical training and/or related experience.\nExperience in ICI projects. \nRead, analyze, and interpret technical design drawings.\nScheduling experience and analysis skills.\nSupervision/personnel experience.\nComputer proficiency.\nWritten/oral communications.\nPresentation skills.\nProblem solving and organizational skills.\nCost analysis, control, and reporting.\nContracts - Commercial knowledge.\nNegotiating skills\nValid Government of Canada security clearance or eligibility to obtain one, in accordance with project security requirements.\nBenefits\n4 weeks of annual vacation;\nComplete group insurance program upon entry (health and dental components paid by the employer);\nGroup RRSP with employer contribution to a Deferred Profit-Sharing Plan (DPSP);\n24-hour access to a virtual doctor (telemedicine);\nTraining and development programs;\nEmployee assistance program;\nActive social club and health and wellness committee;\nDiverse, innovative, and stimulating environment;\nA company built on values of respect; integrity, and a job well done;\nFirm recognized as one of Canada's Best Managed Companies.\nIn accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation, EBC Inc. has included the expected salary range for this role, which is $60,000 - $105,000. Compensation within the range is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, localization, and internal equity.
