This role is suitable for junior to mid-level candidates with 3–5 years of experience in electronics, semiconductor, or application engineering environments. The role involves providing customer support, installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of AEM equipment and systems, with a strong focus on application development and technical solution support. You will work under close supervision while ensuring high-quality service delivery in accordance with company and customer standards.\nResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility will be supporting application solutions for AEM customers, mainly across Asia. This includes:\nProviding on-site and remote technical support for customer applications\nSupporting installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system recovery activities\nDefining technical requirements, scoping solutions, and supporting quotation activities\nCoordinating with Engineering and Production for technical execution\nManaging application board design, assembly, testing, and validation\nDeveloping, debugging, and validating test programs\nSupporting solution release, acceptance testing, deployment, and sustaining activities\nYou will also contribute to the development of a Technical Center of Excellence in Singapore for applications and electronic equipment, including:\nSupporting technical operations and field service excellence\nAssisting in planning, resource coordination, and operational execution\nSupporting documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives\nJob RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field\n3–5 years of relevant experience in electronics, semiconductor, field service, or application engineering\nStrong understanding of analog and digital electronics, metrology, and test systems\nExperience in customer support, field service, or application engineering roles\nProject coordination or exposure to project management (planning, resources, reporting) is an advantage\nStrong communication skills in English, with ability to work in an international environment\nExperience in semiconductor environments is highly preferred\nWillingness to travel and work at
