Scope of working:\n\nHousekeeping Supervisor: handle for champion a seamless, well-maintained, and beautifully organized office environment. Reporting within the HRO section, you will lead our technical maintenance team (MEP & Construction) and general office care team to deliver a safe, functional, and visually impressive workplace.\n\n2. Duties & Responsibilities:\n\n• Direct and supervise day-to-day housekeeping activities across all work areas, restrooms, conference rooms, breakrooms, and public spaces for Head Office and all Office at site. \n\n• Conduct regular daily inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene.\n\n• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily, weekly, and monthly deep cleaning routines.\n\n• Assign daily duties, rosters, and schedules for the housekeeping staff to ensure adequate operational coverage.\n\n• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping personnel on cleaning techniques, chemical handling, customer service, and workplace etiquette.\n\n• Oversee third-party janitorial, specialized deep-cleaning, and pest control service contracts.\n\n• Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, pantry items, and restroom consumables.\n\n• Enforce compliance with workplace Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and OSHA guidelines.\n\n• Supervise technical technicians in delivering rapid-response repairs and preventive care for all MEP installations and HVAC systems.\nJob Requirements3. Qualification & Requirement:\n\n• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\n• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance, technical site operations, or general workplace services, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role\n\n• Proven ability to lead and coordinate both technical technicians and general service/housekeeping teams effectively\n\n• Good communication skills in both English and Khmer, a sharp eye for office layout aesthetics, and strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.\n\n4. Working Days and Hours: \n\n(HQ)\n\n- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm\n\n- Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm\n\n5. Workplace: \n\n- Housekeeping Supervisor: is based at the Head Office, inside Borey Peng Huoth The Grand Star Platinum. \n\n6.
