The role is fully responsible for business unit Quality systems and implements H,S&E systems in support of the corporate H,S&E framework.\nThe HSEQ Manager will also lead the development of the Management Systems to achieve certification against Environmental (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001) requirements if required. The HSEQ Manager will also evolve the Quality System from compliance against ISO 9001 to AS9100 if required.\nThis is a 12-month Full-time Fixed term position to cover parental leave based at Hume, Canberra.\nPrimary Duties:\nExecutive Control over EOS’s QMS, internal product & process standard and system complianceimpactingcustomer, production & supplier quality.\n\nDevelop andmaintaina World Class Quality Organization, provide a risk-based Quality Management System culture,maintainand achieve site qualification consistent with global strategy, Direct Root Cause, Corrective Actions and provide a Quality Face to the Customer.\n\nImplement and integrate environmental and occupational health and safety into an Integrated Management System.\n\nMaintain compliance with our Management System processes.\n\nMaintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI)in accordance withour Management System.\n\nWork with the business to focus on continual improvement.\n\nEnsure our processes and documentationalignswith and meets our contract requirements.\n\nDevelop & train staff on how to resolve Root Cause and develop Corrective Actions for Supplier Quality, Production Quality, Customerissuesand other issues.\n\nDevelop strong liaisons within the company to ensure organisational alignment and focus on Quality across all functions.\n\nSeek cross functional alignments to further the profitability and Compliance Culture for EOS.\n\nOther duties as required by direct Manager and other relevant stakeholders.\n\nKey Attributes:\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity.\n\nRecognised qualification in applicable field of study\n\nWorks cooperatively with teams and individuals.\n\nEstablish and maintain strong Interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to lead outcomes and deliverables
