From attracting and onboarding talent to supporting employees throughout their journey at Red River Mutual, you'll play a key role in fostering a welcoming, engaging, and people-first workplace.\nYou'll join a passionate and collaborative HR team that is committed to supporting our people and our business. Leveraging your organizational skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and relationship-building strengths, you'll work closely with HR Business Partners, leaders, employees, and candidates to advance people initiatives, strengthen our employer brand, and help bring our culture to life.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and triage the HR inbox, providing timely service and escalating matters appropriately.\nProcess employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, leaves, and terminations.\nAdminister and support Dayforce, employee records, reporting, and workflows while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.\nPrepare employment letters, reports, communications, and HR documentation.\nCoordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, participate in screening and interview processes, assessments, reference and background checks, and offer preparation.\nCreate a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and timely updates.\nCoordinate new hire documentation, welcome materials, and ongoing support for new employees.\nDeliver engaging orientation sessions that help new employees feel welcomed, informed, and set up for success.\nSupport offboarding and other employee transitions with accurate documentation, effective communication, and care.\nCoordinate people-focused programs and initiatives that support employee engagement, development and inclusion.\nMaintain HR SharePoint resources and communications that keep employees informed and connected. \nSupport employee learning and development through LMS administration, training records, and reporting.\nPrepare workforce metrics, reports, and dashboards for operational and strategic decisions.\nContribute to innovative HR solutions that improve processes, systems, and the employee experience.\nProvide backup to the Payroll & Benefits Partner.\nWhat You'll Bring\nPost-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nTwo to three years of progressive experience in HR, talent acquisition, coordination, or a related role.\nExperience with recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, and HRIS management; Dayforce experience is preferred.\nKnowledge employment legislation and best HR practices, employment legislation \nExcellent organization, planning, prioritization, and time management, with strong attention to detail.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine commitment to building relationships and delivering exceptional employee and candidate experiences.\nSound judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a continuous-improvement mindset.\nAbility to manage competing priorities, work independently, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh integrity, professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and HR technology; Dayforce, SharePoint, LMS, and workforce analytics experience is an asset.\nA valid Class 5 driver’s licence and reliable vehicle access.\nWhat to be Excited for with this Role\nAt Red River Mutual, you'll have the opportunity to build a meaningful career with a company that values continuous growth and collaboration.
