multi-stakeholder data.\n\nCollaboration:\n\nCoordinate with internal teams and assist in communicating platform updates and/or maintenance schedules to stakeholders.\n\nRequirements\n\nEducation: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n\nTechnical Foundations:\n\nFamiliarity with database concepts and basic SQL.\n\nBasic understanding of cloud platforms ([e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP]), SaaS administration, or IT service management tools ([e.g., Jira, ServiceNow]).\n\nExperience in cybersecurity and reporting tools are a strong plus.\n\nSoft Skills & Communication:\n\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills (BM & BI)\n\nStrong organizational skills and strong
