requirements and translate them into scalable Paradox solutions.\nConfigure and deploy conversational AI, workflow automation, employee self-service, and business process solutions utilizing the Paradox platform.\nDesign and implement integrations between Paradox and Workday.\nWork across multiple Workday modules including (must have experience with least 2-3 modules):\nCore HCM\nRecruiting\nTalent & Performance\nLearning\nCompensation\nBenefits\nAbsence Management\nTime Tracking\nPayroll (preferred)\nCollaborate with Workday functional and technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.\nSupport solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.\nDevelop integration specifications, data mapping documents, and technical documentation.\nTroubleshoot and resolve implementation and integration issues.\nProvide recommendations on best practices, governance, and optimization opportunities.\nDeliver stakeholder training and knowledge transfer sessions.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of professional experience including 2+ years of hands-on Paradox implementation experience.\nMust have more than 2 full implementations experience.\nStrong understanding of Workday architecture, business processes, and security framework.\nHands-on experience with Workday integrations.\nExperience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.\nStrong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.\nExcellent communication and documentation abilities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nWorkday Certification in HCM, Integrations, or Recruiting.\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale Workday environments.\nPrior consulting experience with Workday Partners or System Integrators.\nExperience with HR technology transformation initiatives.\nFamiliarity with Workday Extend and Prism Analytics is a
