As an Event Producer on our team, you will oversee all aspects of event production, collaborating with other teams on concept development, and ensuring flawless execution. Join us in crafting extraordinary and transformative experiences.\nJob Responsibilities:\nProject DeliveryOwn and lead event production projects, ensuring seamless onsite execution\nManage and execute programs up to $1M, taking full ownership of production processes \nEnsure project / program are delivered on-time and on-budget with flawless execution \nCollaborate with cross functional teams and agency partners to facilitate clear communication and execution\nWork closely with leadership to assess and allocate project resources efficiently\n\nClient ManagementManage client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are executed in a timely manner\nProvide clear ongoing communication to the client regarding roles, responsibilities, scope, budget, and schedules for assigned programs\n\nBudget ManagementDevelop and manage project budgets independently\nOversee coordination with all internal parties on invoices and vendor payments\nConduct budget reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy across projects\n\nTeam ManagementManage 1+ direct report, providing guidance and leadership\nSet regular check-ins with your teams to for project related updates and feedback in a timely manner \nFoster a collaborative and productive work environment to ensure all deliverables are met\nResponsible for ensuring timesheets and expenses are completed in a timely manner for all project workstreams whether leading or supervising\nEnsure all team members are on-boarding temporary production staff in accordance with company policy\nProtect resources on projects accurately utilizing internal and external resources\n\nQualifications:\n5+ years of proven event production experience required\nExcellent communication, and project management skills.\nClient focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results\nStrong leadership and team coaching skills\nExtraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation and intuition\nAbility to work under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced, agency environment\nExcellent computer proficiency with Microsoft and Apple applications, team project software, and social media sites\nUnderstanding of technical knowledge, permitting, fabrication and AV production. \nRequirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working onsite \nRegularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier items\nWhile working onsite, must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed \nHave a valid Driver’s License \nAvailable to work weekends and evenings as needed for events \nLocation:\nWe are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York City. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. The range for this role is between $90k-$120k. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.\nEmployment eligibility verification is required for this role.
