𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴:\n\nThe Production Engineer will support daily production activities in the furniture factory by monitoring operations, assisting supervisors, and ensuring smooth workflow across woodworking, upholstery, and assembly processes. This role is focused on practical support rather than deep analysis, making it ideal for fresh graduates.\n\n𝟯. 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:\n\n• Assist in monitoring daily production processes such as cutting, sanding, finishing, upholstery, and assembly.\n\n• Record and update production data (e.g., daily output, material usage, simple quality checks).\n\n• Support supervisors in coordinating workers to follow production schedules and meet targets.\n\n• Ensure workplace safety rules and housekeeping standards are followed.\n\n• Report any issues with machines, tools, or materials to supervisors for quick resolution.\n\n• Help prepare simple reports on daily production performance.\n\n• Perform other tasks assigned by Management.\nJob Requirements𝟰. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:\n\n• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged).\n\n• Basic knowledge of production or manufacturing processes.\n\n• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).\n\n• Willingness to learn, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.\n\n• Team player with good communication skills.\n\n• Ability to work on the factory floor with noise, dust, and heat.\n\n• Physically fit to stand and walk for long hours.\n\n𝟱.
