Many of our colleagues have patriots in their families or are patriots themselves, building a company culture and commitment to customer service that is second to none.\nPosition Summary:\nThe Program Manager shall provide contract oversight for the Department of the Air Force, 435 Air Ground Operations Wing (AGOW) Human Performance Optimization (HPO) program. The PM will oversee clinical staff who provide comprehensive one-on-one clinical care to personnel assigned to the 435 AGOW focused on improving physical readiness, enhancing durability, reducing injury risk, and optimizing overall mission performance across the 435th AGOW.\nThe purpose of this program is to support enhance physical performance, reduce injury risk, improve behavioral resilience, optimize cognitive performance, and strengthen mission effectiveness, operational readiness, and long-term durability of assigned personnel.\nLocation: On-site at Ramstein Air Base, Germany - Relocation available\nSchedule: Services shall be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 0730 and 1630 local time, excluding U.S. federal holidays.\nCore Responsibilities:\nThe PM shall maintain accountability for contractor personnel, coordinate staffing actions (including DOCPER actions with the COR), manage schedules, oversee continuity of operations, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.\nOverseeing the direction, motivation, and development of staff to align with and promote the company’s mission, vision, values, and brand.\nDeveloping and fostering relationships with Contracting Office Representative(s) (COR) acting as a liaison between contract client and corporate offices.\nResponsible for collecting data, analyzing trends and preparing required reports to the COR as required by the contract\nCollaborates with client to meet the goals of the contract/task order.\nAnticipates operational/contractual issues and deals with potential issues proactively.\nOverseeing the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic plan and program goals of contracts/task orders.\nObserves staff and performance of assigned contracts/task orders and sites. Regularly reviews site performance with site leadership and facilitates development of performance improvement plans, implementation of corrective actions and monitors sites progress. Evaluates effectiveness of performance improvement plan and collaborates with site leadership to revise plan as needed.\nNotifies the COR of any significant operational issues, staffing concerns, mission impacts, or performance deficiencies that could affect contract execution.\nProactively participates in recruitment strategy implementation in and across assigned contracts and sites, to include interviewing candidates and filling open positions.\nPerform initial, annual, and special HPO evaluations or services appropriate to the role\nParticipate in training, drills, and emergency response activities\nIdentify and report conditions impacting safety, reliability, or mission readiness\nSupport quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 5 years program management experience.\nBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Healthcare related field;\nPrior federal government contracting experience.\nExperience managing contract(s) in Healthcare, Occupational Health or Human Performance Optimization supporting military, law-enforcement or first responders.\nAdvanced experience with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project Manager, Power BI, Teams, Copilot).\nMust be a US Citizen.\nPreferred Experience:\nFamiliarity with Department of Defense Contractor Personnel Office (DOCPER) and U.S. Army Europe and Africa office that manages NATO Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA).\nFamiliarity with Human Performance Optimization (HPO) related programs.\nPossess a Program Management certification.\nExperience managing a contract internationally and on-site.\nMaster’s Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Healthcare related field.\nAbout the Role:\nThis job is CONTINGENT upon contract award, client approval, completion of a favorable background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / High Risk clearance.\nFinal compensation will be based on relevant factors including work experience, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
