works.\nEBC is searching for a full-time Project Engineers to further meet its\nneeds in a growth context.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n-Master your project’s technical specifications;\n-Supervise site engineers in their daily tasks;\n-Obtain permits and authorizations required for\nwork execution;\n-Plan and ensure proper labor coordination with\nforemen, surveyors, superintendents, engineers, project managers and\nsubcontractors;\n-Plan, supervise and participate in developing\nappropriate construction methods and procedures related to contractual requirements,\nwhile respecting health and safety requirements;\n-Lead site internal engineering meetings;\n-Communicate and take part in meetings with\nclients, engineers and project managers;\n-Convey information to designers and supervise plan\ndevelopment required for work completion;\n-Assist, review and convey technical questions\nand change requests to the client’s representative and perform all necessary\nfollow-ups;\n-Assist the Superintendent in various\nadministrative and technical tasks;\n-Plan and check material orders (metal parts,\nformwork, reinforcement, etc.);\n-Follow-up (content validation) on shop drawings\nand other contractual documents, when required;\n-Keep a daily work report;\n-Coordinate with design engineers the temporary\nworks design required for project progress;\n-Participate in project schedule updating;\n-Perform various on-site monitoring tasks.\nConditions\nREQUIREMENTS\n-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering;\n-Relevant Civil Engineering project experience;\n-Construction technician project experience, an asset;\n-Bilingualism,an asset.\n-Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access);\n-Extensive knowledge of any management software;\n-Extensive knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD, an asset.\nDesired\ncandidate\n-Great planning, organizing, problem solving and\ninterpersonal skills;\n-Demonstrates a high level of
