Office buildings, hospitals and research centers, educational institutions, residential buildings, hotels, shopping centers, factories, sports and cultural centers, our team excels at building these places using state-of-the-art tools and places people at the heart of its concerns by advocating an innovative collaborative approach. \nCome build the future with us!\nAs a Project Manager you will plan, organize, direct and control the work of construction sites to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest level of quality.\nResponsibilities:\nRead the technical and administrative specifications of the project to be executed;\nAcquire the necessary technical and administrative information from the persons involved during the submission;\nObtain blueprints and specifications for construction and compare them to bid plans;\nReport changes to professionals and claim costs;\nMentor and develop junior staff members, providing guidance on project management best practices and career growth;\nLead projects in uncharted territory, developing innovative solutions when traditional approaches may not be sufficient;\nObtain licenses and permits as needed for the execution of the work;\nDraft contracts and agreements, negotiate terms and award them to subcontractors;\nDevelop the prevention program requested for CNESST and monitor it on site;\nEstablish the schedule (dates, main stages of construction, constraints, methodology) and / or the critical path of the project and monitor it weekly;\nInform the superintendent of the project and discuss with him and the director of the proposed methods;\nPlace orders for critical materials, negotiate prices and prepare contract documents, in collaboration with the construction manager, for subcontractors;\nCoordinate and participate in various meetings;\nEstablish and maintain a professional and continuous positive rapport with the client, etc.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field like construction management or engineering,\nRelevant 5 to7 years’ experience in construction project management;\nStrong leadership and communication skills;\nMaster of MS Office and MS Project software;\nShows initiative and leadership;\nStrong management, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills;\nMust be eligible and able to obtain a Federal Security Clearance. \nBenefits\nCompetitive salary;
