Additionally, Strata specializes in the design and manufacturing of emergency refuge chambers, and specialized construction products.\nThe Quality Engineer will be responsible for maintaining a system of quality and reliability for the organization's products and overseeing the quality of processes and outputs to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with ISO standards.\nII. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nMaintain, monitor and continuously update the Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant standards\nConduct audits, both internal and external, to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement\nParticipate in the ISO certification processes and maintain documentation and records to support certification and compliance efforts\nAnalyze data to identify trends and drive process improvements\nMonitor internal repair processes and maintain history of repairs\nOversee and update the RMA process and report on trends\nLead Corrective Action process\nMonitor and audit the quality systems of contract manufacturers and component suppliers\nOversee the quality of both in-house and contract-manufactured products to ensure they meet customer and regulatory requirements\nCollaborate with other departments to integrate the Quality Management System into the overall business strategy\nCommunicate effectively with all levels of management, staff, and external stakeholders regarding quality issues and initiatives\nAssist with the development of new processes (repair, RMA, inspection, etc.) as new products are developed\nIII.
