If so, Embark at San Martin invites you to join our mission-driven team as a Facility Manager, a vital role providing leadership and guidance to staff in our trauma-informed, residential treatment program for adolescents.\nJoin us at Embark at our Short-term Residential Treatment Program in San Martin, where Behavioral Health Associates offer guidance and support to adolescents and their families.\nServing teen girls and boys (gender fluid) ages 12 - 17, experiencing and struggling with school refusal, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, suicidal ideation and other mental health issues. Pre-teens and teens reside at our Residential Treatment Center in our comfortable family-style residence, where community and interpersonal relationships are fostered and encouraged.\nResponsibilities\nMentor & develop staff - coach Behavioral Health Associates and strengthen their skills through ongoing guidance.\n\nPromote safety - minimize risks and maintain a secure environment for residents and staff.\n\nLead trainings - design and deliver engaging training sessions for Behavioral Health Associates.\n\nOversee room safety checks - ensure room searches are completed thoroughly and documented accurately.\n\nTrack attendance - maintain clear, timely attendance records for staff and residents.\n\nMaintain staffing ratios - monitor and adjust staffing to meet program and regulatory requirements.\n\nEnsure JCAHO compliance - complete required documentation promptly and accurately.\n\nRun safety drills - conduct monthly fire and earthquake drills to reinforce emergency readiness.\n\nBuild monthly schedules - develop and manage the staffing schedule to support smooth operations.\n\nParticipate in treatment planning - attend weekly treatment meetings and complete related documentation.\n\nQualifications\nRequired:Minimum 1 year of experience in a Supervisor/Manager role with direct reports\nMinimum 2 years of experience working in behavioral health.\nHigh School Diploma or GED is required\n21+ years of age or older\nAble to pass pre-employment drug screen\nAble to pass criminal investigation background check\nCurrent driver's license\nAbility to perform CPR and First-Aid.\nSkilled in de-escalating agitated adolescents\n\nPreferredOne year of experience in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.\nBachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field.\n\nBenefits\nAccess to an established Mastery Program that offers professional and financial opportunities for professional growth.\nMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance - Multiple plan options including PPO and HDHPs with HSA eligibility and company contributions.\nPaid Parental Leave - Up to 6 weeks fully paid for exempt employees and 4 weeks for non-exempt.\nLife & Disability Coverage - Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability; voluntary life and optional short-term disability available.\n 401(k) with Company Match - Retirement savings with matching contributions after eligibility period.\nPTO & Holidays - Competitive PTO accrual plans and paid holidays throughout the year.\n Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Free, confidential support for life’s challenges.\nEmbark is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
