Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to delivering the\nhighest level of customer service and support. \n\n“Our clients’ success is\nour success.”\n\nPosition overview:\n\nThis\nrole is for a Security Engineer with strong expertise in Active Directory and\nMicrosoft 365 security, responsible for designing, implementing, and\nmaintaining secure enterprise environments for customers.\n\nThe\nrole focuses on strengthening identity and access security, threat detection,\nsystem hardening, and compliance across both on-premises and cloud\ninfrastructures. The successful candidate will play a key role in proactively\nidentifying security risks, improving security controls, and ensuring a strong\nand compliant security posture.\n\nAs we foster a techniques to enhance their skills and expertise.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n· Assess and enhance the\nActive Directory security posture, including privileged access management,\ndelegation models, Tiering architecture, and AD hardening \n\n· Design, review, and\nimplement secure Group Policy configurations and identity-related security\ncontrols \n\n· Strengthen authentication\nand identity security mechanisms across on-premises and hybrid environments \n\n· Implement and manage\nMicrosoft 365 and Entra ID security controls, including Conditional Access,\nMulti-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Identity Protection \n\n· Deploy, configure, and\nmanage Microsoft Defender security solutions, including Defender for Endpoint,\nDefender for Identity, and Defender for Office 365 \n\n· Conduct security\nassessments and audits of identity and infrastructure environments to identify\nrisks and vulnerabilities \n\n· Monitor, investigate, and\nrespond to security events and incidents, ensuring timely remediation and\nescalation when required \n\n· Review existing security\nconfigurations and provide recommendations aligned with industry best practices\n\n· Support the implementation\nof Zero Trust security principles, security baselines, and organizational\nsecurity policies \n\n· \nProduce clear and structured security reports, documentation, and\nremediation recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nRequirements:\n\nv\nEducation:\n\nProfessional certifications:\n\no SC-200 (Security Operations\nAnalyst) \n\no \nSC-300\n(Identity and Access Administrator) \n\no \nCISSP\nor equivalent security certifications\n\nv\nExperience:\n\n· \n3\n- 5 years of experience in IT Security, Infrastructure Security, or a related\nfield \n\n· \nStrong\nknowledge of:\n\no Active Directory security (privileged\naccess, delegation risks, attack paths)\n\no \nMicrosoft\n365 / Entra ID security\n\n Experience\nwith:\n· \nSecurity\nmonitoring and logging tools\n· \nIncident\nanalysis\n\nv Nice to have:\n\n· \nBachelor’s\ndegree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field\n(required) \n\n· \nExposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)\n\nv Soft skills:\n\n· \nStrong\nsecurity mindset and attention to detail \n\n· \nAnalytical\nand problem-solving abilities \n\n· \nEffective\ncommunication and
