The team has developed several effective BIM processes with the sole mission: to help their colleagues from different EBC teams (estimation, project execution, legal, quality) and enable them to achieve objectives more easily.\nCome develop and innovate with us!\nResponsibilities:\nManage and maintain federated BIM models across all project disciplines.\nLead clash detection and resolution activities, track issues, and coordinate corrective actions.\nFacilitate multidisciplinary BIM coordination between design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.\nSupport 4D construction sequencing and model-based construction planning throughout the project lifecycle.\nProvide technical guidance and BIM support to project teams during both design and construction phases.\nEnsure BIM deliverables meet project standards, quality requirements, and coordination objectives.\nParticipate in coordination meetings and communicate model updates, issues, and resolutions.\nConduct regular site visits to Napanee, Ontario (1-2 days per week) to support field coordination, validate model accuracy, and resolve construction-related issues.\nRequirements\n5 to 7 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator on building, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects. \nStrong knowledge of building construction methods, construction sequencing, and multidisciplinary coordination processes.\nProven experience managing federated models, conducting clash detection, and coordinating model issue resolution across multiple disciplines.\nAdvanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and Autodesk Forma.\nExperience using Synchro 4D and/or Fuzor for 4D planning, construction sequencing, and schedule visualization.\nFamiliarity with 4D and 5D BIM workflows, construction planning, and digital project delivery.\nStrong understanding of BIM standards, model quality control, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).\nAbility to work independently with a high level of autonomy, while effectively supporting project teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.\nExcellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nDesired Profile:\nExperienced BIM/VDC professional with strong expertise in multidisciplinary coordination, federated model management, clash detection, and digital coordination tools. \nDemonstrates a high level of autonomy in managing assignments and making technical decisions.\nAble to support project teams, facilitate coordination meetings, resolve technical challenges, and contribute to 4D planning initiatives.\nExcellent communication, leadership, analytical, and collaborative skills.\nBenefits\n4 weeks of annual vacation;\nComplete group insurance program upon entry (health and dental components paid by the employer);\nGroup RRSP with employer contribution to a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP);\n24-hour access to a virtual doctor (telemedicine);\nTraining and development programs;\nEmployee assistance program;\nActive social club and health and wellness committee;\nDiverse, innovative, and stimulating environment;\nA company built on values of respect; integrity, and a job well done;\nFirm recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies. \nIn accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation, EBC Inc. has included the expected salary range for this role, which is $60,000-$105,000. Compensation within the range is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, localization, and internal equity.
