Today that means enabling rapid delivery of customer-specific integrations. Tomorrow it means supporting partner-developed integrations, publicly available marketplace integrations and, ultimately, an open ecosystem where third-party developers can build, publish and potentially monetise their own integrations.\nThe first milestone on that journey is empowering our Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) with a world-class integration authoring experience that dramatically reduces the time and effort required to deliver customer-specific integrations. From there, the same product will evolve to support increasingly broader audiences without changing its core mission.\nYou’ll work closely with the Product Managers responsible for the underlying Integration Platform and the shared developer experience used across multiple builder products. Together, you’ll ensure the Integration Builder delivers an outstanding integration development experience while leveraging common platform capabilities.\nThis is an opportunity to shape a strategic product from its inception while helping define how integrations are created and distributed across our platform for years to come.\nKey Responsibilities\nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For\nOwn the product strategy and roadmap for the Integration Builder.\nDefine the integration authoring experience, from creating and testing integrations through deployment, publishing and lifecycle management.\nDefine the marketplace capabilities that enable integrations to be published, discovered, governed and managed throughout their lifecycle.\nGather requirements from Forward Deployed Engineers, Solution Architects and internal stakeholders, translating them into intuitive product capabilities.\nDesign workflows that enable rapid development of reliable, production-ready integration connectors.\nDefine how the product evolves from supporting customer-specific integrations to partner-developed and publicly available integrations.\nWork closely with the Product Managers responsible for the Integration Platform and shared developer experience to ensure products evolve together while maintaining clear ownership boundaries.\nPartner with Engineering, Architecture, UX and AI teams to deliver an outstanding integration development experience.\nDevelop product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.\nPrioritise features based on customer value, business strategy and engineering effort.\nAnalyse product usage and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.\nStay current with industry trends in APIs, integration technologies, developer tooling, AI-assisted software development and software marketplaces.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nDuring your first year you will help deliver:\nThe first generation of the Integration Builder for creating customer-specific integrations.\nA seamless workflow for authoring, testing, debugging and deploying integration connectors.\nInitial marketplace capabilities for publishing and managing integrations.\nA roadmap for expanding the product to support partner-developed and publicly available integrations.\nA long-term product vision for an open integration ecosystem supporting customers, partners and third-party developers.\n We’re Looking For Someone Who Has\nExperience managing technical software products, platforms or developer-facing products.\nA proven track record of working closely with engineering teams to deliver complex software solutions.\nStrong product discovery and requirements gathering skills.\nExperience defining product strategy, roadmaps and priorities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nExperience working in Agile product development environments.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience working successfully in a remote, distributed team.\nPreferred\nExperience with APIs, SDKs or developer-focused platforms.\nKnowledge of integration technologies, API-first architecture and authentication standards.\nExperience with low-code/no-code platforms or developer tooling.\nFamiliarity with integration platforms (iPaaS), connector frameworks or software marketplaces.\nKnowledge of AI-assisted software development, developer productivity tools or AI agents.\nExperience working with enterprise software partners or developer communities.\nYou’ll Thrive In This Role If You…\nEnjoy building products for technical users.\nLike creating products that enable others to build great solutions.\nThink strategically while remaining comfortable diving into technical detail.\nEnjoy solving complex workflow and usability challenges.\nCan balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision.\nEnjoy collaborating across engineering, product, design and customer-facing teams.\nAre excited by the opportunity to help shape how integrations are built, shared and evolved across a modern cloud platform.\n Why Join Us?\n\nThis is an opportunity to define one of the core products in our integration strategy.\nYou’ll own the Integration Builder from its earliest stages, shaping how integrations are authored, tested, deployed and ultimately shared through an evolving marketplace.
