You’ll support one-to-one and one-to-many interactions, promoting and advising on the value of VertiGIS telecommunications products and services - over the phone, in the boardroom, and on the big stage! Fundamental to this role is the ability to build applications that show how our technology solves real world problems - starting with the business problem through to the technology solution.\nIf this sounds like a fit, we’d love to hear from you!\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide technical and product expertise to our sales team, prospective customers, and partners during the sales process.\n\nCreate and showcase product demonstration solutions for prospective customers and partners.\n\nDevelop and maintain an enterprise level demonstration environment that includes our telecom software solutions suite and GIS technologies.\n\nCoordinate the resolution of technical/product issues that arise during the sales process.\n\nWork with customers and partners to maximize the benefits of our technology.\n\nTranslate prospect business requirements into architecture and design specifications that align with VertiGIS implementation strategies.\n\nDefine and craft proof of concept applications based on prospective customer business requirements.\n\nSupport and deliver presentations, training, and workshops at marketing events.\n\nWork closely with sales and marketing to define and develop internal and external product solution marketing resources.\n\nWork closely with the products team to identify and position key capabilities with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nDevelop in-depth technical knowledge of our products and their value proposition.\n\nEducate sales and partner teams on the business value of our products and GIS enabled architecture and solutions.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years experience in a similar or related role.\n\nExperience/aptitude for Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Presales, or Solutions Engineering with a telecom software company.\n\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills .\n\nProven ability to present information well to various audiences.\n\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines .\n\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nBusiness analysis or solution architecture experience.\n\nUnderstanding of geography, GIS, and Esri technology.\n\nDiploma or degree in computer science, engineering, Telecommunications, geography, geomatics, business administration, or related discipline.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in any of the following would be a distinct advantage:\nWorking for a telecom inventory management and planning software vendor, e.g. Ericsson Network Engineer.\n\nHands-on experience as an expert user of a similar software platform.\n\nOperational experience within a Telecommunications provider.\n\nDevelopment experience for telecoms solutions.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nUnderstands both GIS tech and telecom networks deeply.\n\nDesigns compelling, scalable telecom GIS solutions.\n\nCloses deals by effectively demonstrating value.\n\nEnsures customer adoption and long-term success.\n\nInfluences product and internal best practices.\n\nStays ahead of telecom industry trends.\n\nCommunicates clearly and builds strong customer trust.\n\nHow to Apply\nPlease apply with a cover letter and a resume.\nA cover letter complements your resume.
