Understand product requirements and specifications, and identify problems in them, especially from the testing/testability viewpoint. Contribute to test plans with well-designed test cases for specific parts of the products. Execute automated and manual testing to verify and validate functionality.\nAssist in harmonizing processes, tools, and methodologies for the functional workstream. Follow best practices and team recommendations and identify challenges in them.\nCollaborate with development, testing and project and product management teams and document your work. Participate in relevant peer and code reviews. Actively participate in and contribute to team processes including planning, dailies, standups, retros, etc. Create and maintain synoptical and detailed documentation.\nContribute to a healthy local company culture.
