To strengthen our Technical Operations team in Vionnaz (Valais, Switzerland), we are looking for a Technical Author (all) 100%.\nAs a key member of TechOps, you will create and maintain GMP manufacturing documentation, support technology transfer and new product introduction projects, and ensure process knowledge is translated into compliant, manufacturing-ready records. You will also contribute to the implementation of eMBPR and the digitalization of manufacturing documentation.\nYour key responsibilities\nCreate, review, and maintain GMP documentation supporting manufacturing operations and technology transfer activities.\nPrepare Master Batch Production Records (MBPRs), manufacturing instructions, protocols, reports, and related technical documents.\nTranslate process knowledge and development data into compliant, manufacturing-ready documentation.\nCollaborate closely with Process Scientists, laboratory teams, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance.\nSupport technology transfer projects from process familiarization through commercial implementation.\nParticipate in new product introduction projects and manufacturing readiness activities.\nEnsure documentation complies with GMP requirements, internal procedures, and regulatory expectations.\nContribute to the implementation of eMBPR and the standardization and digitalization of manufacturing documentation.\nYour Profile\nMaster's degree or PhD in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.\nStrong scientific background with a solid understanding of chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.\nMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or chemical environment.\nExperience in technical writing, manufacturing documentation, technology transfer, or process development.\nFamiliarity with batch record creation and document management systems.\nExcellent technical writing skills with strong attention to detail and a structured approach.\nFluent in French and English (minimum C1 level).
