Working as an extension of the Artisight Technical Delivery team, you'll execute on-site deployments in patient rooms, nursing units, and clinics while keeping disruption to patient care at a minimum.\nOn-site in Indianapolis, Indiana\nWhat You'll Do\nComplete project-specific training and client onboarding before deployment, then execute work according to project scope, schedules, and methods of procedure (MOPs)\nReceive, inventory, inspect, and stage equipment, flagging anything damaged, missing, or incorrect\nInstall All-In-One (AIO) devices, cameras, and accessories, including power, network, display, and peripheral cabling with clean cable management\nPerform rip-and-replace work and decommission legacy equipment\nTest and validate installs: device connectivity, camera and PTZ function, two-way audio, room views, and supported workflows\nRecord serial numbers, asset tags, and locations; upload install photos; and complete QA checklists and project trackers\nEscalate technical issues, site readiness concerns, and blockers to Technical Delivery Leads\nCommunicate professionally with clinical staff, facilities, IT, and vendors while following all safety, privacy, and infection prevention requirements\nWhat You Have\nAssociate degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience\n2+ years in technical deployments, field services, desktop support, or hardware implementation\nExperience installing and troubleshooting endpoint devices, cameras, peripherals, and network-connected technology\nComfort following deployment procedures, work instructions, and installation standards\nStrong organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel-based tracking tools, and collaboration platforms\nNice to have: healthcare or hospital deployment experience, audio/video or telehealth systems, ServiceNow or asset management tools, CompTIA A+ or Network+, and large-scale refresh projects.\nTools and Equipment Requirements\nContractor must provide and maintain a laptop capable of running project documentation, deployment tracking, reporting, communication, and collaboration applications.\nContractor must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned hospitals, clinics, staging locations, and project sites.\nContractor must maintain a mobile phone for project communication and emergency contact purposes.\nContractor must be able to access email, project documentation, and deployment tracking systems throughout the engagement.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift, carry, and transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and transport equipment throughout healthcare facilities for extended periods.\nAbility to safely use ladders and work at varying heights when required for equipment installation.\nAbility to work onsite for the duration of assigned project engagements.\nEmployment and
