Days: Monday to Friday.\n\nLocation: New Cairo – Al Rehab.\n\nKey ResponsibilitiesGenerate, identify, qualify, and develop new leads through proactive outreach and various lead-generation methods.\n\nConduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers in the U.S. market and effectively introduce and promote the company's services.\n\nHandle inbound calls from prospective and existing customers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.\n\nProactively reach out to potential customers and build a strong sales pipeline.\n\nManage leads throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification through follow-up and conversion.\n\nBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with U.S.-based clients.\n\nUnderstand customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and confidently handle objections and negotiations.\n\nConsistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and conversion objectives.\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.\n\nConduct timely and persistent follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and revenue opportunities.\n\nProvide regular updates and reports on lead generation, sales activities, pipeline, and performance.\n\nMaintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all client interactions.\n\nRequirements\nRequirementsSenior-level experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or a similar sales position.\n\nMandatory: Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients and the U.S. market.\n\nProven experience handling both inbound and outbound sales calls.\n\nStrong hands-on experience in lead generation and proactively reaching out to potential customers.\n\nProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.\n\nFluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nExceptional communication, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.\n\nStrong understanding of the U.S. customer market and professional communication standards.\n\nExperience in clinics, healthcare, medical services, or a related field is highly preferred.\n\nHighly proactive, confident, target-driven, and self-motivated.\n\nStrong follow-up, relationship-building, and customer management
