Prepare short-term cash flow forecasts to ensure the company has sufficient funds for operational needs.\n Internal Control & Audit: Conduct unannounced cash counts and formalize the reconciliation process between physical cash, bank statements, and the accounting system to prevent any leakage or errors.\n Disbursement Approval: Review and authorize petty cash replenishments, worker payroll distributions, and advance payment requests before final submission to management.\n Banking Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for bank representatives to resolve issues related to transfers, exchange rates, or account documentation.\n Reporting & Analysis: Consolidate daily and weekly treasury reports into a monthly summary for management, highlighting trends in spending, advance payment aging, and interest income.\n Other tasks assigned by the superior.\n\n Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Banking.
