และเอกสารอธิบายโครงสร้างข้อมูลเพื่อให้ทีมงานและผู้บริหารเข้าใจและใช้งานข้อมูลได้อย่างถูกต้อง7. สนับสนุนการพัฒนาความสามารถด้านการใช้ข้อมูลของบุคลากรในองค์กร ให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ใช้งาน Excel และเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลอื่น ๆ เพื่อยกระดับ Data Literacy ทั่วทั้งองค์กร8. ติดตามและนำเทคโนโลยีและเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใหม่ ๆ มาใช้ในการทำงาน รวมถึงเครื่องมือ AI เช่น ChatGPT, Claude
