RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline- related performance components.\nThe schedule includes a change for summer hours: June through September is four, ten-hour shifts; October through May, the schedule is five, eight-hour shifts.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n· Expedite workflow by ensuring procedures are being followed\n· Give oral and written instructions to employees.\n· Examine work to ensure policies and procedures are followed.\n· Identify and streamline procedures to improve efficiency\n· Assist employees with process issues.\n· Work with Managers on continuous improvement projects to ensure efficiency.\n· Troubleshoot errors\n· Supervise the manufacturing process to outline bottlenecks.\n· Other duties as assigned\nRequirements\n· High School Diploma or GED preferred\n· 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area\n· Knowledge of machine setup up, operating experience and computers\nPhysical Demands/Working Conditions: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
