OPD supports its operations through aggressive, company-branded marketing efforts that generate consistent inbound activity from our target demographic, providing access to qualified and engaged small business clients.\nAs a Collections Manager, you will oversee daily collections operations, drive performance against recovery goals, and ensure best-in-class customer engagement strategies.
