The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company by bringing in top talent.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.\nDevelop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.\nSource candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.\nReview resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet role requirements.\nConduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.\nMaintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.\nCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.\nNegotiate job offers and assist candidates with onboarding procedures.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).\nStay current with industry trends and recruitment best practices.\nConduct telephone screening of applicants to assess qualifications, experience, salary expectations, availability, and overall fit before advancing them in the process.\nProvide timely feedback and communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.\nTrack recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and report on hiring progress to stakeholders.\nRequirements\nQualifications\nAdvanced English\nAvailable to work on-site and full-time.\n2-3 years of experience as a recruiter (Preferably in the BPO industry)\nFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment.\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.\nA Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
