For the right candidate, you’ll be working on exciting high-end projects in landmark buildings and locations across Australia.\nYou'll be client-side, shaping landmark, state-of-the-art spaces across Australia - from tendering and builder selection through to construction, claims and handover and defect close out.\nIt's a role for someone who takes ownership, thrives on complex projects with a lot of moving parts, and brings more than technical skill, passion, purpose and people-first thinking.\nYou'll get to see your work land in the real world fast: walk into a space you tendered, built and handed over, live and full of members. If you want a career where you can point at a building and say \"I made that happen,\" this is it.\n\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.\nTendering & Builder Management.\nLead and manage the tender process for fit-out and construction projects with builders and contractors\n\nManage the builder throughout construction and fit-out delivery, from mobilisation through to practical completion\n\nAssess and administer progress claims, variations, extensions of time and claim structures in accordance with the head contract\n\nPerform site visits to monitor progress, quality and WHS compliance across live projects\n\nFit-Out & Renovation Delivery.\nOwn small fit-out and renovation projects end-to-end, working alongside our in-house team and external consultants and subcontractors\n\nCoordinate closely with our live gym teams to plan and sequence works with minimal disruption to trading and members\n\nMaintain and update the project program across all sites\n\nAssist with managing consultant teams, contractors and suppliers from concept through to construction and handover.\n\nManage defect identification and rectification through to sign-off.\n\nLandlord & Portfolio Coordination.\nWork with our in-house Portfolio Manager on landlord approvals and incentive draw downs.\n\nSupport lease and landlord-related requirements as they affect project design, program and cost\n\nLiaise with landlords and their representatives on fit-out approvals and site access.\n\nFinance & Cost Management.\nWork within our finance system to manage project costings, purchase orders and approvals.\n\nPartner with our Finance Manager on project budgets, cost reporting and approvals.\n\nTrack project expenditure and flag variances against budget and program.\n\nCommunication & Stakeholder Management.\nServe as the communication bridge between internal stakeholders, live gym teams and external vendors.\n\nSchedule and run project meetings, tracking actions and follow-ups.\n\nPrepare clear project updates and reports for the Head of Development and Executive Team.\n\nCollaborate with all project stakeholders on design clarifications, RFIs, and approvals.\n\nAbout you.\nTo excel in this role:\nYou take ownership and thrive on complex, moving-parts projects rather than waiting to be told what’s next.\n\nYou’re comfortable holding a room of builders, consultants and live gym teams to the same standard and timeline.\n\nYou bring more than technical know-how; passion, purpose and people-first thinking guide how you work.\n\nYou stay calm and solutions-focused when priorities shift or a live site throws up the unexpected.\n\nYou’re excited by the idea of shaping landmark spaces across Australia and building something you can point to.\n\nYour Experience.\nNot all experience is created equally. But the successful candidate would have a track record of supporting / managing fit-out, refurbishment or construction projects from tender through to handover, with a sharp eye for keeping builders, budgets and programs on track. You may have come from a client-side team or a head contractor background, and would like to take your project delivery skills and build something you can point to across some of Australia's best locations.\nAdditional important experience for consideration:\nConfident running tender processes and administering head contracts, including progress claims and variations.\n\nStrong financial acumen, with experience working within a finance or project costing system.\n\nComfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders;
