The starting point is often a workflow that has grown over time, depends on manual work, or is spread across too many disconnected tools. Your role is to understand that setup, identify what can be improved and build solutions that make operations more effective and scalable.\nThe role combines analysis, solution design, implementation and customer guidance. It moves between understanding the current state, building structured solutions in Airtable, creating automations in Make and helping customers make these new ways of working successful in practice.\nIt is hands-on, client-facing and focused on creating real operational improvement.\nYour mission\nWhat the role involvesAnalyzing existing customer processes, workflows and system setups\nDesigning and implementing structured solutions in Airtable\nBuilding automations and integrations using Make\nSupporting the development of AI-enabled workflows and practical AI use cases where relevant\nTranslating business needs into scalable systems and operational setups\nAdvising customers on how to improve existing workflows, tools and ways of working\nIdentifying optimization opportunities in current customer environments and turning them into concrete improvements\nSupporting customers during implementation and helping new structures and systems land successfully in practice\nWorking confidently with customers to explain solutions, guide decisions and build trust\nContributing to internal standards, scalable delivery approaches and better ways of building customer solutionsYour profile\nWhat makes a strong fit\nExperience with Airtable, Make and/or AI-related workflows\nExperience in solution engineering, implementation, process improvement or a related field is a strong advantage\nStrong communication and presentation skills\nFluent German and English, both spoken and written\nA structured and practical way of working\nCustomer orientation, initiative and a collaborative mindset\nConfidence in working directly with customers and guiding them through change\nThe ability to identify inefficiencies and translate them into workable solutions\nComfort with flexible team structures and fast-moving environments\nWillingness to travel occasionally and work on-site with customers when needed is a plus\nWhat makes this role interesting\nMany technical roles focus only on the build.
