Management\n\n- Experience with Jira / Jira Service Management (JSM)\n\n- Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills\n\n- Team leadership or mentoring experience\n\n- Strong stakeholder management skills\n\nGOOD TO HAVE : \n\n- Experience supporting enterprise Snowflake platforms\n\n- Knowledge of Data Quality SLAs and Data Contracts\n\n- Experience establishing or improving Service Desk processes\n\n- Familiarity with Data Lineage/Catalog tools such as DataHub\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES : \n\n- Monitor, prioritize, and assign incoming service tickets\n\n- Resolve complex production issues across Snowflake, dbt, Airbyte, Airflow, and Terraform environments\n\n- Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers\n\n- Ensure adherence to SLA response and resolution timelines\n\n- Handle critical escalations and coordinate with internal stakeholders\n\n- Prepare regular service performance reports and present operational insights to management\n\n- Continuously improve service desk processes, workflows, and operational efficiency\n\n- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to maintain high platform availability and service quality\n\n- Communicate
