לקצה: Discovery, אפיון, תעדוף, פיתוח, השקה, הטמעה ושיפור מתמשך.\nזיהוי צרכים עסקיים ותרגומם למוצרי דאטה ולפתרונות טכנולוגיים ישימים.\nהובלת פיתוח של פלטפורמות נתונים, מוצרים אנליטיים, מודלים סמנטיים ופתרונות AI/ML.\nעבודה עם צוותי data Engineering, data Science, פיתוח, ענן, תשתיות ואבטחת מידע.\n ניהול Backlog ותעדוף דרישות בהתאם לערך העסקי ולצורכי המשתמשים.\nהגדרת מדדי הצלחה ומעקב אחר ביצועי המוצר, רמת האימוץ והערך המופק ממנו.\nהובלת תהליכי data Governance, איכות נתונים, פרטיות וניהול הרשאות.\n\nדרישות:\n דרישות התפקיד:\n\nלפחות 6 שנות ניסיון בניהול מוצר, מתוכן ניסיון משמעותי בניהול מוצרי data, Analytics או AI.\nניסיון מוכח בהובלת מוצרים מורכבים מקצה לקצה ובהפיכתם לפתרונות פעילים ומוטמעים.\nניסיון בגיבוש אסטרטגיית מוצר, בניית Roadmap, ניהול Backlog ותעדוף משימות.\nהבנה מעמיקה בעולמות הדאטה, לרבות פלטפורמות נתונים, מודלים סמנטיים, SSOT ואיכות נתונים.\nניסיון בעבודה עם פתרונות AI/ML ובהובלת תהליכים המשתמשים במודלים לצורך חיזוי, התאמה או אוטומציה.\nהיכרות עם פתרונות Generative AI ויכולת לזהות ולפתח Use Cases בעלי ערך עסקי.\nניסיון בעבודה עם צוותים טכנולוגיים ובתרגום צרכים עסקיים לדרישות מוצר ולפתרונות מערכתיים.\nניסיון בתהליכי data Governance, פרטיות ואבטחת מידע.\nיכולת להגדיר מדדי הצלחה, לנתח ביצועים ולקבל החלטות המבוססות על נתונים.\nניסיון בעבודה בסביבה מרובת ממשקים ובהובלת בעלי עניין ללא סמכות ישירה.\nאנגלית ברמה גבוהה.\nיתרון משמעותי:\nניסיון בניהול מוצרים בתחומי
