backend development, architecture decisions, debugging, optimization, and complex technical problem solving.\n\n- Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, scalability, security, maintainability, and development processes.\n\nRequired Technical Skills:\n\n- Languages: PHP, Python\n\n- Database: MySQL, MariaDB, SQL performance, indexing, ETL/data pipelines\n\n- Infrastructure:
