Your success is not just a professional goal; it's our shared commitment.\nJob Description\nThe Event Manager is responsible for owning the management and delivery of assigned events projects for in-person events.\nJob Description Details:\nScope of Work \nThe Event Manager will be expected to effectively plan and organize work, have strong interpersonal communication skills, collaborate well with others, and deliver consistent results. They support day to day needs of the Travel and Events team, including but not limited to: \nOwnership of assigned project deliverables from planning to execution, utilizing standard processes and procedures to achieve client satisfaction \nCollaborate with the client, internal teams, and external vendors to successfully execute the event elements within our scope. This role does not independently produce every aspect of an event and requires strong collaboration and communication across multiple partners.\nManage timelines and logistical elements per project \nParticipate in internal and external team meetings/calls with key stakeholders \nDevelop and distribute communications \nManage assigned elements of the event registration process \nProactively escalate potential client or project issues to management and account team for timely resolution \nProvide project feedback to all client stakeholders through summary and distribution of project debrief notes \nOversee appropriate reporting, accurate data and project documentation\nFinancial accountability and budget management for assigned projects \nTravel frequently to support onsite events and thrive in a fast-paced environment\nAdditional Job Description Details\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\n4-year degree or equivalent 2+ years of Event/ProjectManagement experience in the following categories: meetings, conferences andtradeshows.\nComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite \nProven ability in project management & financial aptitude \nAbility to work independently as well as part of a team \nExcellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously \nExcellent communication skills both verbal and
