Project transactions recorded must be in accordance with GAAP revenue recognition guidelines and One10’s workflow. This role will work closely with the Client Services Event Managers.\nJob Description Details:\nScope of Work\nUnderstands and applies One10 project accounting processes and practices\nPropose project journal entries to manage the project’s funds \nAssist with month-end close activities, reviewing project working capital summaries, project Profit & Loss/Balance Sheet statements, and Percent of Completion schedules\nPrepares other ad hoc reports and analysis as assigned\nStrengthens and maintains efficiency of the revenue accounting function through review of processes and procedures and implementation of process improvements\nAnswers account management questions related to client billing\nContribute to revenue and deferred revenue analyses\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nParticipate in cross training \nAssist in month-end close process, improving close cycle time\nAdditional Job Description Details\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nBachelor’s degree in accounting or related field\n3-5 years of comprehensive experience in project accounting\nCPA (active or inactive) preferred\nStrong MS Excel skills (pivots, v/h-lookups, etc.)\nFinancial expertise in POC billing and GAAP ASC606 revenue recognition\nExcellent attention to detail, accuracy and analytic problem-solving skills\nStrong organization and time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively\nExperience with NetSuite preferred, as well as experience with project management applications/systems\nExperience with efficient processes and the use of technology;
