Responsibilities include creative program development; sourcing/procurement; negotiation; budgeting; client and vendor contracting. Workload will be assigned with an emphasis on larger, more complex projects.\nJob Description Details:\nScope of Work\nAssume leadership role of large client project with multiple deliverables, coordinating the efforts of Purchasing & Design Specialists assigned. Develop and communicate timelines and parameters to team members and ensure consistency in deliverables.\nDeliver operational excellence and growth in collaboration with Client Services \nEffectively communicate with team members and supplier partners to ensure accurate and timely proposal development of travel projects.\nMentor and share knowledge with team members; participate in their training and development as assigned\nSource rates and availability and strategize on recommendations for destinations, hotels, resorts, ships and venues\nDevelop appealing programs incorporating creative inclusions to maximize the client budget\nMaintain awareness of emerging industry trends, and incorporate innovative themes, concepts, activities and events into proposals\nConsider client/program objectives, program history, attendee demographics, and budget parameters when formulating recommendations\nNegotiate competitive rates and terms/conditions on the client’s behalf, leveraging supplier relationships and seeking opportunities to enhance value\nDevelop solution budgets and proformas, evaluating options to achieve client budget needs and maximize One10 profit opportunities\nExecute contracts, following established processes and ensuring Account Directors and clients are informed and their best interests represented in all terms and conditions\nParticipate in client
