Answers inquiries through the call center from policyholders or insurance brokers regarding current coverage(s) and upcoming renewals.\nHow You Will Contribute:\nConduct high volume of customer contact via the phone, email, mail, and fax to promote and renew assigned coverage(s) to existing Pearl Insurance clients; sell ancillary product(s) to clients.\n\nFacilitate the application and underwriting process with the client and the internal underwriter that includes - sending application to client; finalizing application and any applicable forms and prepare information for submission, following up with the client when additional information is needed to complete the underwriting process.\n\nPresent the quote or estimate to the potential client; close the sale; attempt to gain market intelligence if unable to close the renewal.\n\nDocument sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.\n\nBuild and maintain customer relationships following their first year of coverage by responding to various questions, needs, and requests.\n\nServe as a back up to other Client Relations Account Representatives when they are not available.\n\nLicenses & Certifications:\nAn active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license\n\nSkills & Experience to be Successful:\nBachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.\n\nPrevious sales and/or customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all levels within an organization.\n\nPay Range\n$21.00 - $21.63 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.\nTeammate Benefits & Total Well-Being\nWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:\nHealth Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance \nFinancial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement \nMental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services\nBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more. \nNot reflective of all benefits.
