This role works closely with data owners, business users, and technical teams to identify data issues, monitor data quality, maintain governance artifacts, and assist with the implementation of established data governance frameworks and standards.\nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about ensuring trusted, accurate, and consistent data across business processes and reporting platforms.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct data mining, profiling, and analysis to identify data quality issues, trends, and anomalies.\nMonitor data quality metrics and perform routine data validation and reconciliation activities.\nInvestigate and document data discrepancies, gaps, and inconsistencies.\nSupport the identification and resolution of data quality issues resulting from integration and processing errors.\nCollaborate with business and technical teams to support the resolution of data quality issues.\nAssist in the implementation and adoption of established data governance policies, standards, and procedures.\nMaintain data dictionaries, business glossaries, metadata repositories, and governance documentation.\nSupport data stewardship activities by working with stakeholders to improve data accuracy and consistency.\nParticipate in governance meetings and provide updates on data quality findings and remediation efforts.\nPrepare reports, dashboards, and summaries related to data quality performance and governance compliance.\nSuccessful Candidate Will Have\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.\n2-4 years of experience in data analysis, data management, data quality, business intelligence, or related roles.\nExperience working with large datasets and performing data validation and analysis.\nWorking knowledge of SQL (joins, filtering, basic transformations).\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.\nStrong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.\nPreferred\nExposure to data governance concepts, data stewardship, or master data management.\nExperience in insurance or regulated industry\nExperience with Power BI or similar data management tools.\nFamiliarity with metadata management and data lineage concepts.\nUnderstanding of data privacy, compliance, and information security principles.\nPay Range\n$70,000 - $88,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.\nTeammate Benefits & Total Well-Being\nWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:\nHealth Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance \nFinancial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement \nMental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services\nBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more. \nNot reflective of all benefits.
